DOVER - The Tuscarawas Broncos (1-1) (33-34) had a lot of trouble with 4th-Year Head Coach Bray Toot's Port Washington Purple Riders (1-2) (15-40) on Saturday night, but prevailed in the last 3 minutes on field goals by Juniors guard Bill Tharp and forward Bob McPeek and a free throw shot by guard Jerry Rausch to win a close one 49-46.
