24 - Dennison Runs Over Mineral City 13-5 (2-23-24)
DOVER - The Dennison Railroaders (1-0) had little difficulty in disposing of the Mineral City Tigers (0-1) (1-2). Only one player for Mineral City was able to score against Dennison. Tiger right guard, Ripple, hit on 1 field goal and dropped 3 foul shots for a total of 5 points to lead his team. Left forward Williams lead the Railroaders in scoring with 8 points. Left forward Hill dropped in 2 points, Lindsey also hit for 2 points, also a right forward and left guard Ballo picked up a lone foul shot for 1 point. Dennison defense put the game away for their 1st victory in a Tuscarawas County Basketball Class B Tournament.
