The 30th Annual Tuscarawas County Class B Basketball Tournament will be under way with the Bolivar Cardinals taking on the Sugarcreek-Shanesville Pirates at 6:30PM on Tuesday, February 12, 1952.

The big difference between the Midvale Blue Devils and other Class B teams in Tuscarawas County this year has been Dick Tolloti.  A 6-1 Junior, the Star Forward amassed a totalof 399 points in 20 games, giving him an average of 19.9.  Tolloti's closest rival for top scoring honors is Port Washington's Ken Huston who has rimmed 355 in 19 tilts for an average of 18.6.  Huston is only a Sophomore and stands 5-10.
